The stay at Travelodge By Wyndham Monterey Bay was a mixed experience for me and my teens. The hotel itself has a very old and poorly maintained building, with challenging access due to the lack of elevators. The morning coffee request was met with unnecessary questioning from the manager, leading to an uncomfortable situation. The pre-charging on my credit card was unexpected and off-putting. However, the room was cozy and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The free breakfast was a nice touch, and the convenience to the freeway was a plus. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area were great for relaxation, and the proximity to landmarks like Monterey Bay Aquarium and Laguna Grande Regional Park facilitated family bonding during our visit.

Wonderful location, 3 km from city centre. A 15-minute ride to the airport.

The room was great, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Having a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in the room was super convenient. The location couldn't be beat, and the staff were really friendly and helpful 😊.

After a day of exploring adobe homes, I dipped in the pool and swam like a penguin. The underwater world at the aquarium amazed me. My room had all I needed, including a microwave for late-night snacks. The free breakfast gave me morning fuel for more sightseeing. The staff helped me find the best scuba diving spots nearby. I enjoyed a sushi dinner on-site, feeling fancy after a day of marathons. G'day mate, life's a marathon, not a sprint!

Travelodge by Wyndham Monterey Bay exceeded my expectations with its clean and spacious rooms. The flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and free Wi-Fi made my stay convenient and enjoyable.

The common areas at Travelodge were in need of deep cleaning. The lobby, stairways, and windowsills had cobwebs and the carpets in hallways were musty.

The staff is amazingly nice. the rooms are good-sized and lovely looking with a nice view. - Convenient access to facilities in Monterey. - A particularly good location, within a short walk to the sushi restaurant and all the golf courses.

Coffee and cereal for breakfast are a plus.

Comfortable beds, clean room, nice pool view, and excellent lighting. the Travelodge was accommodating with a great refrigerator in the room.

Limited pillows, sticky floors.

I chose Travelodge By Wyndham Monterey Bay for its convenient location near the Presidio of Monterey Museum. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly customer service and the complimentary wireless internet access. The onsite sushi bar, Oh Sushi, was a delightful bonus, and the daily continental breakfast was a great start to my days of exploration.

My dog made noise and I received a few complaints. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful staff.

Pros of my stay at this hotel were mind-blowing! The staff was super courteous and helpful. I was amazed at how pet-friendly they were! The bed was so comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Having a microwave, fridge, and coffee in the room was a jaw-dropping convenience. The location was perfect for accessing the fisherman's wharf without any crazy traffic. The space in the room was just right, not too big or small. Finding my room was a breeze since the hotel wasn't too big. And it was sparkling clean! Oh, and let me tell you, the sushi restaurant next door had the most delicious food ever! The hotel was conveniently close to our main destination, and the staff was more than willing to assist us. It was awesome being able to buy tickets for the Monterey Bay Aquarium at the front desk. my stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic!

I chose this hotel for attending a meeting and found it convenient as it provides a 24-hour reception, meeting room, and business center. The staff was accommodating and the facilities, including the meeting room and business center, were useful for my work purposes.

The one service that I missed for my work was a shuttle service to nearby business centers or office locations.
